About
An agency that puts
marketing second
Who we are
Byrd House is a lightweight agency founded on the belief that marketing should come second. Building a good product that meets the human comes first. Let us help you with this noble task. Now if this sounds like humanitarian bullshit, read our case studies. Real work for real people is more effective than trends and fancy fonts. To this end, we do more than just marketing, and our bios will show this. Some may argue that our focus is divided. We’ll prove to you that it’s sharpened.

“When Aeschines spoke, they said, ‘How well he speaks.’ But when Demosthenes spoke, they said, ‘Let us march against Philip.’”

Brooks Byrd
Founder
Brooks brings an unusual combination of operational discipline and creative-technical range to Byrd House. While serving as a Nuclear Missile Operations Officer in the Air Force, he's also spent ten years in front-end development and creative production. That gives him a hands-on understanding of both what makes marketing work and how to build it. He leads strategy and paid media at Byrd House, and has a particular talent for seeing across disciplines, connecting the creative, technical, and commercial threads that most agencies keep siloed. In his spare time, he reads the classics and keeps company with an eclectic circle of the kind of men who wear sandals year-round and have strong opinions about everything.
Allison Claire Byrd
Creative Director
Claire spent her early career as a software developer at American Airlines before moving into brand and creative work. That technical background means she knows how to think in systems: how pieces connect, where things break, and what holds up over time. At Byrd House, she leads creative direction with that same instinct, producing work that's both visually sharp and technically grounded. In her spare time, she knits stuffed chickens, which is either a hobby or a worldview.
Cooper Hammond
Full-Stack Developer
Cooper brings over ten years of full-stack development experience to Byrd House, with a particular love for algorithms, automation, and problems that make most people aggressively close their laptops. He's also an Air Force Nuclear Missile Operations Officer, which is not the most common background for a developer, but it suggests a certain temperament. In his spare time, he leads a philosophy group. Voluntarily.
Blaise Byrd
Videographer
Blaise is moderately famous on the internet, which largely renders this bio unnecessary. For the uninitiated: he produces video content with a strong instinct for what performs. In his spare time, he studies herpetology, which is not what it sounds like.
